Barcelona
Airport is located 10Km South West of Barcelona
centre and can be easily accessed from the C31
and C32 motorways. To get there from Barcelona
city centre, take the Barcelona ring road, with
the airport exit via the Pata Sur. The airport
has public parking outside with space for more
than 13,000 cars. Car parks are located directly
in front of each terminal. Terminal A and C
are directly connected to the car parks by fly-over
bridges. VIP parking in a secure car park, with
collection outside each of the terminals, is
also available.
You can also avail of the train services from
the city centre, on the RENFE Mataró
line. All trains stop at Sants-Estaçio,
Plaça Catalunya, Arc de Triomf and Clot-Aragó,
all of which connect with the metro. The RENFE
Cercanías station is connected to the
passenger terminal via an escalator, which is
situated in front of the terminal building.
Taxi service may be availed of directly outside
the terminus. The Aero-bus service to Plaça
de Catalunya, departs from the front of all
terminals.
Tourist
information desks may be found in Terminals
A and B; there is also a hotel information point
in Terminal B. Airport information desks can
be found throughout the airport, at six locations
in Terminals A and B. The airport also has banks,
ATM’s and exchange bureaus should you
need them. A post office, duty free shop and
a rage of other shops for your convenience are
also available. The airport also has lifts,
escalators and ramps. Reserved parking spaces
are also available for disabled travellers in
the airport car park. Disabled toilets are located
throughout the airport and there are also adapted-telephones
at wheelchair height in each terminal.
